Code of Conduct
PharmaTech & Pharmacy Innovation Club · ISF College of Pharmacy, Moga
Respect, always
PTPIC is a space for every pharmacy student — regardless of year, background, gender, or grades. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or personal attacks have no place here, whether in meetings, on WhatsApp, or anywhere else.
Do your own work
- Task submissions must be your own effort. Using references and tools is fine — copying another member's submission is not.
- XP and ranks mean something only if they're earned honestly. Gaming the system devalues everyone's progress.
- Give credit where you borrow ideas, in club work exactly as in academic work.
Show up properly
- Complete tasks you commit to, or tell your clan lead early if you can't.
- Saturday meetings run on everyone's time — come prepared.
- Leads and clan leaders: your role is to support members, not just to rank above them.
Represent the club well
When you speak or post as a PTPIC member — online or offline — you represent all of us and ISF College of Pharmacy. Act like it.
Violations
Breaches are reviewed by the organising team. Depending on severity, consequences range from a warning to XP penalties to removal from the club. Serious academic-integrity issues may also be escalated per college policy.
Reporting
If you experience or witness behaviour that violates this code, contact any domain lead or admin directly — reports are handled discreetly.
