What we collect

When you apply to join PTPIC or use the members portal, we collect: your name, email address, preferred domain, your motivation statement, and — once you're a member — your task submissions, XP, rank progression, and career title.

How we use it

• To run the club: assigning you to domains and clans, tracking XP, showing leaderboards, and reviewing your submitted work.
• To display your name, initials, domain, clan, rank, and XP on the public leaderboard and club pages.
• To contact you about club activities, tasks, and events.

What we never do

• We never sell your data to anyone.
• We never share your email or personal details outside the club's organising team.
• We never post your submissions publicly without your knowledge.

Sign-in and cookies

We use browser storage (localStorage) to keep you signed in on this device. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name and verified email from Google — no other account data.

Your choices

You can change your email or password anytime from your profile's Account Settings. To have your account and data removed entirely, contact the club admins and we'll delete it.
